3.1. Some of your data is shared with third parties when completing certain actions on this site. Companies who may have access to some of your data include;
a) Royal Mail. We dispatch our orders with the Royal Mail. If an order has been placed on our site, we will use the Royal Mail’s label creating and printing capacity. Your first name, last name, and address will all be used to create the shipping label. This information is handled in accordance with the Royal Mail’s own Privacy Policy. Individuals browsing the site without placing an order will not have any information shared with Royal Mail.
b) Cloudflare. The keymerhealth.com domain uses the security and caching software Cloudflare. As such, Cloudflare may have access to certain user details such as your internet protocol (“IP”) address, your web browser software and version, your HTTP version, and information detailing whether you arrived on our site directly, or through a search engine referal (including the name of the search engine). Such information is handled in accordance with Cloudflare’s own Privacy Policy.
c) Algolia. We utilise Algolia for handling search requests through the main search bar in the site header, and on our dedicated search page. Algolia may receive anonymous indexing data detailing how many times a search query has been entered. Please refer to Algolia’s Privacy Policy for more information on how they handle user data.
3.2. Under no circumstances will Keymer Ltd sell private health information about it’s customers.
4. How Long Do We Keep Data For?
4.1. We may keep data indefinitely on offline sources such as server backups, screenshots, and written accounting documentation.
5. Children’s Privacy
5.1. Our services are not directed to persons under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with such information without their consent, he or she should contact us via the contact details listed below. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information from our files.
